Shipments originating from our North American warehouses in the United States and Canada are shipped via USPS, and Canada Post respectively.
Packages that are shipped from suppliers in Asia are shipped via ePacket (with tracking).
We have found these shipping methods provide the best value for our customers.
Absolutely! Every order is provided with a tracking number. When you place your order, you will be emailed a tracking number once your product has been shipped. Generally processing takes 2-5 business days, so if you don't receive a tracking number by then, please contact us.
We ship from several warehouses around the World so items that compose your order are very often shipped separately, and will most likely arrive sequentially.
If an item from your order has not arrived, please be patient, it will get to you.
The shipping charges, if levied upon your shipment by Purrfect Beauty, do not cover any customs duties/taxes that may be applied to your package upon arrival in your country.
Purrfect Beauty is not responsible, nor do we control any additional taxes or duties applied. We can say however, that the vast majority of the items we ship never incur a customs, duty, or import charge.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and may, or may not have customs fees levied when they arrive in your country.
If you require a change with your order, please get in touch with us as soon possible. If you can reach us before the order has been shipped, we can possibly correct any changes you require but we make no promises.
If your order has already shipped from our warehouse(s), it will be a longer more involved process. When your order arrives, you will have you return it to us before we can send you out a corrected order. Please be advised that buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost on all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as when you received it, along with it’s original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on any products that are intimate or who's sanitary nature is compromised in any way.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost on all returns.
