Currently we offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Due to demand, more countries will be added shortly.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing Time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging.
2. Shipping Time: This refers to the length of time it takes for an item to be shipped from our warehouse(s) to the destination.

The majority of our packages are shipped from our suppliers in Asia and shipped via ePacket. This shipping method provides the best value for our customers. Shipments originating from our North American warehouses in the United States and Canada are shipped via USPS, and Canada Post respectively.
Absolutely! Every order is provided with a tracking number. When you place your order, you will be emailed a tracking number once your product has been shipped. Generally processing takes 5 days, so if you don't receive a tracking number by then, please contact us.
Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately to ensure our customers get the very best shipping value. Items will arrive sequentially, so if an item has not arrived, please be patient, it will get to you. If your item has not arrived in 60 business days, please contact us and we will issue you a full refund. Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction!
The shipping charges levied upon your shipment do not cover any customs duties/taxes that may be applied to your package upon arrival in your country. Purrfect Beauty is not responsible, nor do we control any additional taxes or duties applied. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and may, or may not have customs fees levied when they arrive in your country.
We highly encourage you double check the particulars of your order prior to placing an order with us, but we fully understand that mistakes can be made. If you require a change, please get in touch with us as soon possible. If you reach us before the order has been shipped, we can possibly correct any changes you require, but we make no promises. If your order has already shipped from our warehouse, it will be a longer more involved process. Once your order arrives, we will have you return it to us, and then we can send you out a corrected order.
